The Water Reuse Plan

The fresh water from the company's on-site water purifier is directly discharged into the sewage pipe network, causing a waste of water resources. Now through the pipeline transformation, the pure water machine drainage is connected to the waste gas treatment water tower and the backwater pipeline of the rubber coating machine and flows into the circulating pool to reduce the consumption of tap water. It is estimated that 2,200 tons of water resources will be saved every year.

The Energy Saving And Emission Reduction Plan

The vacuum pump oil of the vacuum sintering furnace evaporates directly from the Roots pump into the exhaust gas pipeline, resulting in a high concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons in the exhaust gas outlet. The activated carbon in the exhaust gas treatment facility needs to be replaced frequently, and the vacuum pump needs to be supplemented with vacuum pump oil every week to meet the normal operation of the equipment. After the improvement, an oil-gas separator is added at the exhaust gas outlet of the vacuum pump to separate the vacuum pump oil in the exhaust gas from the exhaust gas and return it to the vacuum pump to achieve the purpose of recycling and avoid oil loss and exhaust gas pollution caused by volatilization. The volatile vacuum pump oil is filtered and reused, which can reduce the emission of exhaust gas and waste oil by 6 tons per year.
